J-B Weld Kwik Weld is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy cold weld system designed for strong, lasting repairs to metal and other surfaces. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, it sets in just 6 minutes and is fully cured in 4-6 hours. After mixing, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled. Kwik Weld cures to a dark gray color, has a tensile strength of 4360 PSI, and withstands temperatures up to 230 degrees F. High-strength steel-reinforced epoxy. One square inch has enough tensile strength to hold 4360 lbs. Durable. Once cured, J-B Weld can be sanded, drilled, painted, and tapped. Great for most metals, stone, concrete, and fiberglass.
