Who Qualifies

Bonded purchasing is available to companies with an active Dolly Madison Business Account.

Business Account Requirements

To open and maintain your Business Account, you must keep the following on file with us:

  • Valid Business Licence (current)
  • Valid Bond Letter (active)
  • Contact Government ID

Annual renewal: Your Business Licence and Bond Letter must be updated each year. If either expires, bonded purchasing will be paused until updated documents are provided.

How to get started

  1. Fill out Bonded Customer Application form. (Upload your current Business License and Bond Letter.)
  2. Enter your first & last name, email address and a password on the Bonded Sign Up page.
  3. Once approved, your account will be enabled and an email will be sent with access to the bonded pricing store.

What you'll need at checkout

  • Purchase Order (PO) — upload during checkout (PDF/JPG/PNG)

Pickup & ID policy

  • Pickup must be completed by an authorized representative of the business.
  • Bring government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order/PO.
  • If someone else is collecting, include their name on the PO or provide a signed authorization on company letterhead.
  • Present the same PO you referenced at checkout.

FAQ

  • Do I need to upload my Business Licence and Bond Letter at checkout?

    No. These are required for your Business Account and must be kept current yearly. At checkout, you typically only upload your PO.

  • My documents expired, can I still place a bonded order?

    Bonded purchasing will be paused until you upload updated documents to your Business Account.

  • What if my PO changes after I place the order?

    Bring the updated PO to pickup. Significant changes may require order adjustment or re-processing.

  • Can I switch an order from duty-paid to bonded after checkout?

    For compliance reasons, changes after checkout aren’t guaranteed. Please select the correct option before paying.
