J-B Weld is the Original Cold Weld. It is a two-part epoxy system that creates strong, lasting repairs. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled after curing. It sets in 4-6 hours to a dark gray color and fully cures in 15-24 hours for a hard bond. This product boasts a tensile strength of 6220 PSI and can withstand temperatures up to 550 degrees F once fully cured. J-B Weld's strongest epoxy is steel reinforced. One square inch of J-BW Weld has enough tensile strength to hold 6220 lbs. Durable. Once cured, J-B Weld can be sanded, drilled, painted, and tapped. Great for all metals, stone, concrete, and fiberglass. Good for rigid plastic, wood, and ceramic. Fuel resistant. Easy to use: Dispense equal amounts, mix, and apply.
