FLEX SEAL™ Liquid is a thick rubberized liquid that you can brush, roll, dip or pour. It starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a strong, flexible, watertight, rubberized coating that protects and helps stop leaks fast. Stop leaks fast with FLEX SEAL™ Liquid. Forms a durable, weatherproof, non-slip barrier that stays flexible expanding and contracting with the seasons. Resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UV degradation, natural weathering and extreme temperatures. In extreme heat or cold, FLEX SEAL™ keeps it's hold, with a wide temperature range from -80° to 350°F, for best results, apply to surfaces and substrates in temperatures between 32° and 120°FBlocks out air, water and moisture preventing rust and corrosion, while creating a watertight seal that lasts for years. Unlike thin paints FLEX SEAL™ Liquid is super thick and creates a flexible barrier that is completely waterproof. Mildew and chemical resistant. Zero VOC. Excess or spilled product can be cleaned up with a dry cloth or paper towel and mineral spirits.
